1. How Our Business Operates

Brookfield London operates using a direct-from-supplier fulfillment model. To reduce unnecessary waste and minimize environmental impact, we do not maintain large local inventories.

Products may be shipped directly from our international fulfillment partners and suppliers. As a result, approved returns must be sent to the designated return address provided by our supplier, which may be located outside the United Kingdom, including China.


2. Return Request Period

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

  • Any supporting information or photos when applicable

Returns can only be requested after the product has been delivered and received.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide the appropriate return instructions and return address.


3. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must remain intact.

  • Trying on an item is permitted; prolonged use is not.

  • A valid reason for the return must be provided.

  • Sale, clearance, promotional, and discounted items may not be eligible for return unless defective or incorrectly supplied.

  • Certain hygiene-sensitive products, including underwear, swimwear, earrings, and similar items, may not be returned unless they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.


4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

This includes:

  • International return shipping costs

  • Customs duties

  • Import fees

  • Any other return-related expenses

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return shipment.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. Brookfield London cannot process returns without valid proof of shipment.


5. Alternative Resolution Options

Because international returns can be costly and time-consuming, we may offer alternative solutions where appropriate.

Depending on the situation, this may include:

  • A partial refund

  • Store credit

  • A replacement item

  • A special discount on a future purchase

Any alternative solution will be discussed and agreed upon via email before a return is initiated.


6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of any damage or defect

  • A detailed description of the issue

7. Refund Process

Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected at the designated return facility.

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 30  business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.


8. Order Cancellations

Because orders are processed quickly after being placed, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.

If your order has already entered processing or fulfillment, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If you experience any issue with your order, please contact our customer support team before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.


9. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Brookfield London is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect customer information

  • Orders delivered to the address provided by the customer

  • Failed deliveries resulting from inaccurate address details
